Retiring Congressman Darrell Issa (center) is awarded the Silver Good Citizenship medal by the Sons of the American Revolution. Representatives of the society’s local Eagle Chapter (left to right: Fay Bishop, Ed Morris, president John Huegel,  Steve Wright, Bill Bishop and Gerard Huegel) joined Congressman Issa at his Vista office to present him the highest award they can bestow upon a fellow citizens.  The society strives to promote patriotism and recognizes and rewards civic contribution and accomplishments.
